The attached link will take you to the November 2011 Parks and Recreation digital magazine.  Go to page 35 and read a detailed summary of the 6(f) process as examined by a court case involving an attempt to change a 6(f) determination at Empirie-Fulton Ferry State Park in New York.  The legal analysis, done by NRPA legal analyst Dr. James Kozlowski, is a good primer for those NASORLO members who are either unfamiliar with the 6 ( f ) provision, or have not dealt with it in recent years. Very good and timely information for all members.
