Attached is a summary and a PP file from each of the presentations at the LWCF in Denver, April 11-12, 2013.  Dr. Haas gave an historical perspective, Fearn pointed out the need to be more inclusive in developing partners for LWCF, Lynch’s presentation relates to the organization and development of the State Assistance Program, both past and present, Kane presents the value and benefits of LWCF from the perspective of their Coalition and Huglemeyer highlights the need for a state grants program and the terrific support and economics of outdoor recreation existing throughout the nation.
